TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Cash Card is a member only promotion with vouchers being issued from Friday 3rd February 2023 and concludes Sunday 22nd December 2023 (47 weeks).
2. Members will become eligible to participate in the promotion by poker machine play. Vouchers will automatically be dispensed in a nominated barrel on the day of the draw.
3. The promotion prizes will be Eftpos Cards. Draws will be conducted each Friday and Sunday within the dates mentioned. Each draw contains:

The total prize for the duration of the above promotion is $47,000 and any one prize does not exceed $1,000.
4. The features and benefits of Eftpos Cards are
- Cards are redeemable anywhere Eftpos is accepted within Australia
- Cards have an expiration date of 12 months from and are activated at any point prior to the draw
- Expiry date is printed on the back of the card
- No cash withdrawal permitted (function disabled)
- Any remaining card balance at expiry date is forfeited
5. Members name will be drawn from the barrel and announced over the Exies Main Club PA System. The member must be in either one of the club’s premises and will have 4 minutes to claim the prize. Participates at the Exies Sports Club will be notified via telephone the name drawn from the barrel and an announcement will be made over the Sports Club PA System. Redraws will be conducted until 6 members have claimed the prizes. The contents of barrel will be cleared at the completion of each draw.
6. Members may not transfer the authority to any other person or their attorney. An exemption will only apply on the hospitalisation or death of a member participating in the promotion, whereby the voucher may be transferred to next of kin. A written notification with a doctor’s certificate must be presented to the General Manager prior to the draw and identification must be produced on request.
7. The promotion is NOT open to Club Directors, Junior Members, Employees of the club (Including Catering Department) or their immediate families (Immediate families mean husband/wife or defacto only)
8. Management reserves the right to change/alter the promotion by giving 2 weeks’ notice on the Club Notice Board.

1. The Grocery Grab promotion conducted each Tuesday from 1.00 pm – 3.00 pm (38 weeks)
2. Only Members are eligible to participate in the promotion. 150 prizes will be issued randomly during poker machine play.
3. Winners will be drawn randomly through the Ebet Draw function. There will be x 30 draws with each winner able to select x 5 grocery items from the display table. Each prize is worth approximately $4.00 with the exception of the meat packs which range in pricing.
4. Winners will have 4 minutes to claim their prize. If not claimed the prize will be redrawn.
5. The total prize for the duration of the above permit is approximately $22,100. Any one prize does not exceed $1,000.
6. Members participating in the promotion may not transfer the authority to any other person or their Attorney.
7. The promotion is not open to Club Directors, Junior Members and all employees of the club including the catering department or their immediate families. (Immediate families meaning husband/wife or defacto only).
8. The management reserves the right to change/alter the promotion by giving 2 weeks’ notice in the form of a notice on the Club Notice Board.

1. The Spin & Win promotion will be conducted each Wednesday evening (41 weeks).
2. To participate in the promotion members will be issued with a voucher as follows:
- Members inserting their membership card in the EBET console and participating in poker machine play from 7.00pm – 8.45pm will be issued, at random, a Spin N Win voucher, which will automatically be dispensed into a nominated barrel.
3. The promotion will incorporate:
- 12 Draws each Wednesday commencing at approximately 8.00pm.
- The player selected will spin the wheel to determine the prize won as marked on the outer circle of the wheel.
- Should a player land on ”Spin Again for Major Prize” he/she will be eligible for the prize marked on the inner circle.
- Prizes consist of a mixture of club vouchers and reward points.
4. Members must be in Main Club premises and will be allowed four (4) MINUTES to claim the prize- names will be announced over the club’s P/A System. Redraws will be conducted until 12 prizes have been claimed. Points won will be allocated to the players account the following day after the promotion. Each draw value will be approximately $25.00. The barrel will be cleared at the end of each day. Vouchers and points cannot be exchanged for CASH.

7. The promotion is NOT open to Directors, Management or Staff of the Griffith Ex-Servicemen’s Club which incorporates Exies Sports Club.
8. The management reserves the right to change/alter the promotion by giving 2 weeks notice in the form of a notice on the Club Notice Board and then if no objections are received, lodge an application to the Liquor & Gaming to approve the changes as specified.

1. The Exies Extra Earnings promotion will be conducted each Thursday from 7.30 pm – 9.30 pm beginning on February 2nd, 2023 (38 weeks)
2. Only Members are eligible to participate in this Gaming Promotion. This promotion applies to both Exies Main Club and Exies Sports Club
3. During the times of 7:30 -9:30pm each Thursday players with their membership card inserted will earn Double Bonus points. This equates to every $4.00 turnover = 1 Bonus Point.
4. Points will be awarded automatically and can be redeemed at any time via Wager Exchange – (if applicable), Kiosk and Bar/Bistro POS
